PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable admitting of air under a floor into a room utilizing a dead space at a rear part of a base plate by arranging a fan in a plinth space at the rear part of the base plate in a furniture plinth to discharge the air under the floor sucked at a floor vent port provided within the plinth space and on the floor through a floor plate vent port. SOLUTION: A room unit 3 is placed below an opening part A and on a floor D on the indoor side of a wall body W while being installed on a furniture plinth P forming a mound-like plinth space G. The furniture plinth P has a vertical side plate rising on both sides of a fan FA comprising two sirocco fans arranged on a floor vent port 01 provided on the floor D through a metal ware 11A with an insect screen, a vertical rear plate 11C and a horizontal upper plate 11D while a base plate P1 provided with a base plate vent port 02 is mounted across an inner end of the side plate. Thus, as the fan FA is arranged in the plinth space G formed by the furniture plinth P, a dead space below a bay window air conditioning device F1 can be utilized to admit the air under the floor into a room. |
