PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed wiring board having no electrical malfunction even if a large quantity of data are to be processed with a fast operation speed by a method wherein signal wirings between first through-via-holes and second through-via-holes in a first layer and a second layer are wired with angles from the longitudinal direction of a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A first slant direction wiring group 5. between a first IC and a second IC is provided in a first wiring layer 1 from a through-via-hole group 31 which is connected to the respective pins of the first IC. The leading end of the first slant direction wiring group 51 is connected to through-via-holes 41 for folding back of the wirings between the first IC and the second IC and, further, connected to a second slant direction wiring group 61 between the first IC and the second IC in a second wiring layer 2. The leading end of the second slant direction wiring group 6. between the first IC and the second IC is connected to a through-via-hole group 32 which is connected to the respective pins of the second IC. Those connections are included in one stroke writing from the first IC to the last (nth ) IC.
