<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain accurate volume data by eliminating the need of such preparatory work as the marking, etc., by specifying the positions of received reflected echoes one after another from three-dimensional position information supplied from a three-dimensional position sensor. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional position sensor 103 (GPS, etc.) outputs three-dimensional position information from a radar antenna section 101 which transmits and receives radar pulses to a display processing section 20 through a receiving position calculating circuit 104. The receiving data coordinate position deciding section 201 of the processing section 20 decides the position of a target on a three-dimensional orthogonal coordinate system from the signals received from a transmission-reception control circuit 102 and the three- dimensional position information from the calculating circuit 104. The decided position is successively stored in the memory of a volume data generating section 202 together with the intensities of the echoes while the position is interpolated and used for the generation of volume data. Therefore, the volume data thus generated do not contain any positional deviation on the three- dimensional orthogonal coordinate system. The volume data are displayed on a displaying section 205 through a graphic processing section 203, etc.</p> |
