PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control the temperature of a roller based on the detected temperature by receiving heat from the roller by a collar in contact with the temperature sensor of the roller, transmitting it to the temperature sensor and detecting the temperature of the roller by the temperature sensor. SOLUTION: The part of the roller 10 in contact with a thermistor 15 is provided with a good heat conductor, that means, the collar 11 made of the identical kind of material to a core bar 13, for example, aluminum. Besides, the surface of the collar 11 is provided with a heat insulating and high mold releasing layer 12. Then, the collar 11 is press-fitted and fixed to the bar 13. Even when the part of the roller 10 in contact with thermistor 15 is provided with the collar 11, the collar 11 is brought into contact with the thermistor 15 so that the heat from the roller 10 is received by the collar 11 and transmitted to the thermistor 15. Since the temperature of the roller 10 is stably detected in a fixed heat transmission path by the thermistor 15, the temperature of the roller 10 is precisely controlled based on the detected temperature. |
