PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor device of an air conditioner in which a strength of a cover made of a synthetic resin is increased. SOLUTION: At least one projection 4b is arranged in a longitudinal direction of an outside part of an upper surface of a front cover 4 constituting an upper surface and a front surface. A reinforcing plate 7 having both ends engaged with one side surface of a rear cover 3 constituting a rear surface and both side surfaces and an upper part of a partition plate is arranged in a longitudinal direction of an inner side of the upper surface. An engaging piece 8a at an upper part of a motor fixing table 8 is engaged with a concave part 7a arranged at a substantial central part of the reinforcing plate 7. A lower part-fixing segment 8c of the motor fixing table 8 is engaged on a bottom plate 1 so as to reinforce a strength of the cover 2 made of a synthetic resin.
