PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the viewer to view a program without notifying the scramble system even when the scramble system differs from each channel or each program. SOLUTION: A broadcast station of the broadcast system broadcasts a scramble system identification code representing a scramble system of each program and a receiver side sets a parameter of a decoder corresponding to the scramble system of the program to be received, based on the received scramble system identification code. The decoder body receiving plural scramble system broadcast is provided with a removable IC card (in the unit of circuit mount) 20, and the IC card 20 sets an EMM filter 2 and an ECM filter 3 (parameter setting) for the decoder corresponding to the scramble system of the received program, based on the received scramble system identification code. |
