PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply realize a test method of communication quality in a communication system having a radio communication block by using a device with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: At first, a test personnel sets a portable terminal equipment 1 and a voice terminal equipment 7 to be a speech state. Then a sound source device 10 is operated to sound a voice signal of a prescribed frequency from a speaker 11. The speaker 11 approaches a transmitter of the portable terminal equipment 1 to input a voice signal of a prescribed frequency to the portable terminal equipment 1. Furthermore, the test personnel inputs a voice signal outputted from the voice terminal equipment 7 to a hit detection recorder 8 to discriminate a hit based on an alarm tone or an alarm lamp ancillary to the hit detection recorder 8 and records number of times of hits. Furthermore, the test personnel observes the waveform of a monitor signal 8a outputted from the voice terminal equipment 7 on an oscilloscope 9.
