PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the detection accuracy of detect by employing an acoustic coupling member in an array type oblique angle probe having such shape as reducing the noise caused by a wave reflecting in the acoustic coupling member. SOLUTION: A unit probe assembly 1 comprises a parallelogram acoustic coupling member 4, an ultrasonic oscillator 2 fixed to one inclining face 4a thereof, and a damper member 3 fixed to the back of the oscillator. A plurality of unit probe assemblies are then laminated. |
