摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vibration sensor by which a vibration at a definite magnitude or higher in all directions in the up-and-down direction and the right and left direction can be detected surely by a method wherein a moving electrode is constituted of a pillar-shaped center electrode and of a power spring the inner end of which is connected and fixed to the center electrode and the outer end of which is supported by the wall surface of a space part. SOLUTION: When a vibration in the up-and-down direction is applied to an envelope, the center electrode 9 of a moving electrode 8 is vibrated in the up-and-down direction on the basis of the springy property of a power spring 10, and it comes into contact with a first fixed electrode 6 and a second fixed electrode 12. Thereby, lead wires L1, L2 and/or lead wires L2, L3 are short-circuited so as to detect that a vibration at a definite magnitude or higher is applied. When a vibration in the transverse direction is applied, the center electrode 9 is vibrated in the transverse direction on the basis of a change in the pinch interval of spiral parts of the power spring 10 while it is being supported by the power spring 10. Then, it comes into contact with peripheral edge parts of the first and second fixed electrodes 6, 12. Thereby, the lead wires L1, L2 and/or the lead wires L2, L3 are short-circuited, and it is possible to detect that the vibration at the definite magnitude or higher is applied.</p>
