CONCRETE PRODUCT AFFIXED WITH LABEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency and to enable a user to exactly and efficiently carry out management by affixing at least one sheet of labels stated with desired items via specific tacky adhesive layers to each of concrete products. SOLUTION: The label A is affixed to the butt end face 1a in the longitudinal direction of a flat panel 1 and simultaneously, marks B consisting of a product name and other characters are applied by spray printing or rubber prints at the face in the same manner as heretofore. Bar codes are displayed in addition to the characters similar to the markings B on the front surface of the label A. A tacky adhesive consisting essentially of alkyl ester polyacrylate based rubber is used as the tacky adhesive for gluing of the rough surface and is applied at 25 to 50μm thickness on the rear surface of the label A. The front surface of the flat panel 1 is surely affixed at the butt end face 1a on the rough surface of the flat panel 1 by the tacky adhesive layer. As a result, the adoption of an automatic reader for bar codes is made possible and the execution of the computerized process management and product management is made possible.
