The valve has a housing (1) with an elastic membrane (3) which is cylindrical and radially deformable. a hub (4) is positioned axially inside the membrane (3). The hub is multiple lobed and has faces (41) against which the membrane is forced by pneumatic pressure. The hub can have three or four lobes. The membrane can be supported by an external frame (6). The valve can have two stages. The bore of one stage has an axial bore (43).
