<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transfer failure or curling jam caused by the attraction failure of a recording sheet by correcting the attracted posture of a sheet to the attracting surface of a drum-like sheet carrying body for attractively carrying the recording sheet. SOLUTION: A recording sheet 3 is sent toward the adjacently opposed attractive transfer position between a photosensitive drum 1 and a transfer drum 2 through a curler device 54 at a prescribed timing, and electrostatically attracted by the transfer drum 2 and also transferred by the operation of an attractive transfer corotron 5. An absolute temperature calculating circuit 75 outputs temperature, relative humidity and absolute temperature information on the basis of the information of a temperature and humidity sensor 8 provided near a developing device 2. According to environmental conditions such as absolute humidity, prescribed bypass current values for attraction and transfer are stored in a memory 76. The CPU 74 of an attraction control means 7 executes special attracting operations combined according to the kind of recording sheets or printed surface every time of high humidity, ordinary humidity and low humidity.</p> |
