The central processing means 1 divides the image of the light source formed on the pupil surface of an imagery optical system into the equal-distance rectangular lattice shape the same as a pupil dividing method, divides the light source to be obtained when the divided image is reversely projected on the light source and replaces the Fourier transform of the body corresponding to the position of the individual point light source, which is obtained by the division, by the Fourier transform of the body, which is obtained for the point light source at a certain specified position, by deviating the position at the Fourier transform surface of the body in correspondence with the position of the individual light source.
