The watch includes a clockwork with an alarm and a circular recess (10) divided into a number of compartments (12). A transparent lid covers the recess. Each compartment can contain tablets or pills. The lid can rotate about the watch axis and presents graduations separated by a distance equal to the compartment size. The lid is provided with a window (14) through which tablets are delivered.
