PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which makes it possible to easily perform the cold insulation for various objects to be cooled (material to be cooled) without selecting the place and has high general purpose properties. SOLUTION: The cooler comprises a thermoelectric element 16, a blower 9, a discharge side hose and a suction side hose. The cold gas heat exchanged with the cooling part 16A of the element 16 is discharged from the discharge side hose and the air is sucked from the suction side hose by the operation of the blower 9. |
