<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive flow detector with a simple structure for improving reliability by accurately detecting the flow of a fluid. SOLUTION: A detector has a sensor body 12 with a flow-in part 8 and a flow-out part 9, a flow sensor 3 installed at the sensor body 12, and a signal processing circuit 31 for converting the detection signal of the flow sensor 3 to a specific electrical signal for output, where the flow of a fluid (a) of the flow-in/flow-out parts 8 and 9 is detected.</p> |
