When an article falls down during its transportation for example, the heavy compressor 8 is inclined impulsively, and impulsive force is transmitted from the legs to the resin support bar 16 At this time, since the screw 17 penetrates up to the substrate 2, the impulsive force is dispersed to the substrate 2, and hence the support bar 16 is prevented from being damaged. |
