<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the connection of a bus bar with a wire within an electric connection box by continuously providing a wire placing piece on one end of the bus bar, and raising two sets of insulator fastening pieces on both longitudinal side ends of the wire placing piece. SOLUTION: The wire placing piece 3 of a bus bar 2 is set on a pair of recessed fixing bases 21, 22 arranged on the upper wall part 20' of a work bench 20, and the exposed core wire part 15a of a wire 15 is arranged between first and second insulator fastening pieces 4, 5. At the same time the first and second fastening pieces 4, 5 are fastened, the exposed core wire part 15a is welded to the wire placing piece 3. Thus, the insulator covering part 15b of the wire 15 is fastened by the first and second insulator fastening pieces 4, 5 and fixed to the wire placing piece 3, and the exposed core wire part 15a is welded to the wire placing piece 3, whereby the wire 15 is connected to the bus bar 2.</p> |
