摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high speed data communication while keeping desired communication quality by effectively utilizing a limited occupied frequency band to the utmost. SOLUTION: Transmission data in n-bit are fed to terminals 1-0, 1-1,..., 1-n and a rectangular wave is outputted from PN code generators 2-0, 2-1,..., 2-n in response to the M series code with a shifted phase. Then switches 3-0, 3-1,..., 3-n are operated in response to transmission data to set on/off of the transmission of a rectangular wave and the waves are added by an adder 4 and the sum is used for a transmission signal. At a receiver side, a correlation device 9 is used to apply correlation processing to the reception signal and a rectangular wave and the peak position of the correlation output is used to judge whether or not the rectangular wave with a phase shift is included in the reception signal.
