PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain radio transmission of data efficiently by estimating a rising and trailing timing of a disturbing wave signal and occurrence period of the disturbing wave without increasing the receiver scale and signal processing scale to avoid multiple occurrence of re-transmission caused by collision of transmission resulting from carrier sensing. SOLUTION: A disturbing wave period/timing judgement circuit 5 provides the output of disturbing wave data by judging the period of the disturbing wave and the timing of leading and trailing of the disturbing wave signal based on the reception signal outputted from a reception section 4. The disturbing wave data are outputted to a period/timing storage circuit 7, in which the data are stored. A transmission enable circuit 8 predicts a time when no disturbing wave is generated based on the disturbing wave data for the period and timing to be stored and sends a data transmission enable signal to a data transmission circuit 3. The data transmission circuit 3 modulates data from an external I/F circuit 9 by the spread spectrum modulation system for a time when the enable signal is sent and sends data in a radio wave through a transmission section 2 and an antenna 1. |
