摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reducing a manufacturing cost without degrading electrical characteristics by reducing the number of parts, a material cost, and assembling man-hour. SOLUTION: This circuit is constituted with a transformer 1 which has a first order coil 2 having a center tap to which DC voltage is inputted, a second order coil 8 having a center tap, and a second order coil 10, a diode 14 connected to one end of the first order coil 2 making a cathode a ground side, a switching circuit 7 connected to the other end of the first order coil 2 and to which rectangular wave voltage is inputted, and a rectifying and smoothing circuit 11 connected to the second order coil 10. And Dc voltage outputted from the rectifying and smoothing circuit 11 is held constant by limiting AC voltage generated in the second order coil 10 of the transformer 1 with DC voltage inputted to a center tap of the first order coil 2 in a off period of an output of the switching circuit 7.
