摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a control program and to reduce cost by providing a means for holding the video data of respective line image sensors, that is, accumulated charge till the end of the integral time of the final line image sensor and successively reading out the video data of all the sensors after finishing the integration of all the sensors. SOLUTION: Integration control gates G1 to G4 temporarily hold output from PD arrays I to IV and transfer it to shift registers R1 and R2 in parallel. The change photoelectrically converted by the PD array is accumulated in a 1st accumulation part by a integration clear pulse ICG through a barrier gate. When an integration signal obtained by monitoring the average luminance of the column of the PD array by a monitor PD attains an appropriate integration level, a pulse SH1 or SH2 is impressed and the charge of respective picture elements is shifted from the 1st accumulation part to a 2nd accumulation part in parallel. As for the other PD array, when the accumulation of the charge is completed, the charge of all the picture elements of a CCD image sensor is arranged at a level suitable for focusing detecting operation in the 2nd accumulation part.
