PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the frequency sweep of YIG device at high speed by providing a subordinate coil, with which a magnetic field is added to the excited pole of main coil, and supplying a sweeping voltage of the differentiated signal of current signal to be supplied to an exciting power supply terminal to the subordinate coil. SOLUTION: The coil for exciting a YIG element 4 is divided into two parts, defined as a main coil 12 and a subordinate coil 14, serially connected and connected to the power supply terminal. Besides, a capacitor 15 is connected parallelly with the main coil 12. The inductance of subordinate coil 14 is comparatively reduced so that the magnetic field can be added to the excited pole of main coil 12. For example, the coil is bisected, and the capacitor 15 of 3.3μF is parallelly connected to one 131mH main coil 12. The other subordinate coil 14 is turned to 17mH so that the sum of coupled inductance of both the coils can become 179mH. Thus, the capacitor 15 is functioned as a differentiation circuit and the operation for interpolating initial current quantity caused by the inductance of main coil 12 by letting flow a comparatively big differentiated exciting current to the coil 14 is provided.
