A spring element (11) exerts pressure on an annular control (10) which has at least one locking element (9) locking into a conical holder opening (2). The operating collar has a thrust piece (14) in the form of an annular shoulder and cooperating with the control and has connections for axially fixing the collar onto the container sleeve.
