The discrimination system is intended for use on the Internet or similar data exchange networks. The two types of data are yet to be defined; however, the first type will be generally small text based files, while the second will be larger files, probably with graphic images. Parts of the storage medium on the client computers will be allocated to the storage of databases of the second type of data. The server stations will transmit the first type of data at a higher priority than the second type.
