A low-cost system for measuring a structure, which does not require a large fixed equipment and a broad land, and which minimizes the necessity of attaching target marks to reduce the work load of operators. The system includes a measuring robot (5) having an arm (11) for holding a three-dimensional vision sensor (12) for measuring an object (1), a range finder (6) for measuring the position of the arm (11) and the installation position of the object (1), and control terminals (7, 8 and 9) for storing in advance design data on the shape of the object (1) (CAD data) and calculating the measuring point by the three-dimensional vision sensor (12) on the basis of this design data and the position data measured by the range finder (6).
