A multi-channel frequency arranging device multiplexes optical carriers of various optical sources at predetermined intervals, by using a micro-strip mixer or a micro-strip linear resonator. The multi-channel frequency includes: a microwave splitter(34) for dividing the microwave signal(fu) to n signals; absolute signal generator(36) for generating absolute reference signal; optical splitter(37) for dividing the absolute reference signal to n reference signals; n optical couplers(38) for combining each of the n reference signals with the carrier(fn) of the input optical source(35); n micro-strip mixer(31) for receiving an output signal of the n optical coupler(38), generating a difference signal between the carrier(fn) and the reference signal(fr), and mixing three wave signals; a LPF(39) for filtering the mixed signal at the n micro strip mixer(31), and detecting error signal according to a frequency deviation(/f1-fr/-nfu); and a feedback controller(40) for controlling a frequency of an optical source according to an error signal detected by the LPF(39).
