The device for multiplexing transmits the signal in a certain structure by multiple connection with inputs which the frame structure and characteristics such signal as DS1, DS1E or ATM from transmitter are known. The device comprises a) the input signal interface which handles DS1(DS1E) signal, image signal or ATM signal, the multi-port RAM for test and processing input signal, b) the input signal controller which includes memory, microprocessor and peripheral device such as timer and interrupter; c) the multiplexer and address generator of output signal which is able to generate data by connecting multi-port RAM for multiple connection with buffer synchronization and control signal as inputs.
