In the apparatus for displaying a progressive direction of a front wheel in a departure of a vehicle and its expected progressive direction, the apparatus for displaying and alarming a progressive direction of a vehicle in its departure comprises a decoder(10) for decoding a direction signal of a steering sensor and outputting the direction(R,C,L) signal; a speed detecting part(20) for inputting a speed signal, comparing it with a determined speed and detecting a signal below a given speed; a direction displaying part(30) for receiving a gear positional(D,R) signal, the direction(R,C,L) signal and an output of the speed detecting part(20), and displaying the direction of the front wheel and the progressive direction of the vehicle; an alarm sound generating part(40) for receiving the direction(R,C,L) signal and the output of the speed detector(20) and generating alarm sound when a progression of the vehicle is directed right or left, whereby preventing a minor collision in advance by calling a user's attention through the alarm sound.
