A process is claimed for regulating a flotation cell (10) for deinking waste paper and involves registering the fullness level of the liq. phase and the foam phase using sensors. The process uses different conductivity measuring cells (21-26) as sensors. A fuzzy regulator (20) is used to evaluate the unfocussed data received by the cells (21-26).
