The device comprises a reservoir container (V) for the bulk material and an alignment channel (AK) adjoining the reservoir container (V) through which the components can be conveyed one after the other and correctly aligned. Reliable and low-wear isolation of the individual components is achieved with the following features: the outlet region of the reservoir container (V) forms an inlet funnel for the alignment channel (AK), the inlet funnel (ET) having two parallel funnel walls (TW1) lying in the same plane as the adjoining walls of the alignement channel (AK). The device is especially suitable for isolating and making ready electronic components.
