The arm has a guide device (44) on one section (12). When the arm is stretched out a lever (30) can pivot out of the effective line of the force of the spring. It pivots on a bearing axis (40) about a given angle to the axis of the arm joint (16). The guide device has a strip (46) on which a part (41) either formed on the lever or joined to it can roll or slide.
