Device produces bio-gas from organic materials

Device producing biogas from organic materials, is new. Its gas tight reactor has a slurry inlet and outlet, with a gas outlet and a reversible, asynchronously driven stirrer mixing the reactor contents. Slurry, added organic residues and clean waste media are processed. A heat exchanger pre-heats the device. In the new arrangement, the covered reactor (3) has main- and smaller concentric cylindrical vessels (1, 2). A radial partition (4) carries the heat exchanger (6) with slurry inlet (5) and overflow (30). In front of the heat exchanger on the reactor base, the slurry outlet (12) and outlet funnel (13) are located. At the back of the partition, on the reactor base, is the recirculation line (14) with funnel (31).
