摘要 The invention concerns a method of controlling an anti-locking brake system in which the rotational behaviour of the wheels is measured and evaluated and in which a vehicle reference speed, wheel-slip data, wheel-acceleration data and other control parameters are determined. In order to improve the control behaviour of the system, the lowest wheel speed (Vmin) is continuously compared with the highest wheel speed (Vmax) during a braking operation. If the lowest wheel speed (Vmin) and the highest wheel speed (Vmax) are approximately the same and if this equivalence lasts a predefined length of time (T1, T2), the pressure in the front brakes is allowed to increase or caused to increase after this length of time. The predefined length of time (T1, T2) may be varied as a function of the acceleration or deceleration (V3, V4) of the non-driven wheels.
