The arrangement consists of a reversing spindle or drum (1) with continuous double spiral groove (2) along its circumference with which a carrier (3) engages. The carrier converts the rotary movement of the drum into a reciprocating linear movement of the slide (4) with which it engages. The slide (4) is guided on two bars (5). A thread guide (6) is mounted on the slide (4). Several adjacent guides (6) are linked by a sealing cover (12) which moves in a slot (11) in the drum housing.
