The noise reducing device of a closed rotary compressor is designed to reduce noises generated due to pressure pulsation of a high pressure frequency caused when a refrigerant gas within a compressing chamber is compressed and discharged to a discharge hole. The noise reducing device includes a resonant silencer which forms two or more groups of resonant spaces and fluid inlet paths on a cylinder and upper and lower bearings, thus to reduce the noises over two or more portions where a specific frequency is formed.
