In the tray driving device driving a tray (20) installed to a cavity base plate (10) of a microwave oven with a motor (30), a plurality of projections (54) where a ball bearing groove (52) is upwardly formed is formed on the surface of a shaker lower plate (50) in which a motor axis (32) is inserted, a bearing groove (62) is formed in the reverse of a shaker upper plate (60) installed to the shaker plate (50) to rotate in a position corresponding to the ball bearing groove (52), a rotation hole (63) is formed for a rotation of a crank (40) inserted in the motor axis (32), and a shaker gear (42) formed on the upper part of the crank (40) is combined with a hub axis gear (70) while being inserted in an auxiliary supporter (56) so that the tray (20)may rotate and revolve.
