摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent burr from developing at molding by a method wherein guide surfaces are respectively formed on a slide core, which is shiftably attached to a movable mold, and, on the other hand, on an ejector pin, which is arranged to a fixed mold, so as to urge a base part onto the peripheral edge of a molding recess at mold clamping. CONSTITUTION:A base part 2 and a mass 4 are set in a movable mold 13. At this time, since a slide core 15 is shifted backward, the base part 2 is easily arranged between the inner peripheral surface of a setting mold surface 13b of the movable mold 13 and the outer peripheral surface of the slide core 15. After that, molds are closed. At that time, an ejector pin 14 fits to the recess 15a of the slide core 15, resulting in shifting the slide core 15 forward through the sliding between a guide groove 15b and a guide rail 17 so as to abut a left and a right shoulders 15A and 15B against the inner peripheral surface of the base part 2 in order to urge the outer peripheral surface of the base part 2 onto the peripheral edges of a molding recess 11a. By pouring rubber material in the recess under the state just mentioned above, a dynamic damper is obtained. Thus, no rubber material runs to the outer peripheral surface of the base part 2 excluding said surface at the molding recess 11a and no burr develops.
