PURPOSE:To lower residual potential by using a high-polymer compd. having specific crystallization to form an electric charge transfer layer which forms a photosensitive body together with a photoconductive layer. CONSTITUTION:The charge transfer layer 2 forming the electrophotographic sensitive body together with the photoconductive layer 3 which generates carriers movable by the photoexcitation from a free surface 4 is formed of the high-polymer compd. such as polyimide which has 10-70% degree of crystallization after a heat treatment, by which the residual potential is lowered. As a result, the electrophotographic sensitive body having high sensitively and large charge potential is obtd. |
