The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions in the form of liposome dispersions which can be administered parenterally, especially intravenously, or of dry products which can be used therefor, especially lyophilisates, containing the zinc-phthalocyanine complex and synthetic, essentially pure phospholipids.
