A tree seeder is formed from a frame enclosing an axle with two wheels on the axle. A seed dispenser is located deep between the wheels and protected by a cage. The seed dispenser is formed from a container having outlets at each end. One outlet allows seed to drop out when the wheels turn in one direction, and the other when the wheels turn in the opposite direction. Angled bars at the front end of the frame tend to tip the frame over when an obstruction is encountered. Seeds are dispensed under control of the rotation of the wheels and are dispensed randomly along the furrow by being fed through a perforated barrier. |
