A three-component or -element conduit for public works, with a base and two components connected to it which join at an apex. For the longitudinal joining of each one of the two components at their top part, the cross section of the upper ends thereof, which form recesses with a bottom and individual lateral parts, is enlarged. Standby frameworks project from the bottom. The concrete is received in said recesses without the need for constructing form work (shuttering) or for making auxiliary components available. <IMAGE>
