More particularly, this invention concerns certain substituted arylalkynyl- and ((heteroaryl)alkynyl)-N-hydroxy-ureas which inhibit leukotriene biosynthesis, to pharmaceutical compositions of these compounds and to a method of inhibiting leukotriene biosynthesis.
