PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of tilting of a rotating shaft in response to the bearing gap at the bearing part when an overhang load acts on the rotating shaft and to reduce the partial contact of the shaft with the bearing and swinging of the shaft. SOLUTION: In a bearing structure comprising a main shaft which is supported by a plurality of supporting parts and on which a radial load acts at a position extending in an axial direction from the supporting part and a bearing for supporting the main shaft with a plurality of supporting parts, the part of the main shaft other than the part on which the radial load acts comprises at least three shaft parts 31b, 31c, 31d whose center axes are eccentric each other and at least two parts 31b, 31c of them are supported by bearings 32a, 32b. The amount of eccentricity of each bearing for the remaining bearing 31d is not more than one-half the diametrical gap between the shaft part and the bearing part at each position and at least one part of a plurality of supporting parts is a sliding bearing. |
