The device is used in heating stoves, including accumulation type, hot-water tanks, dryers, autoclaves and in other heat-exchange pieces of equipment. It is a low temperature converter of electric power into heat energy, thus avoiding any unnecessary overheating and a danger of fire. It is fabricated easily using materials which are not in short supply, it has moving parts, and has longer operational life. The device contains an induction coil, magnetic circuit, and "short-circuit winding". The magnetic circuit and the short-circuit winding are made in one piece, representing a hollow ferromagnetic body in which there is or through which passes the heated material. The coil is supplied with AC industrial frequency current.
