PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten strength by making the diameter of a a movable lever of an operating lever with a stopper approximate to that of a main lever. SOLUTION: A movable lever 10 is slidably inserted into a pipelike main lever 9. A tubular joint member 11 is clamped to a front end part of the main lever 9. A storage groove 12 is annularly formed on an inner circumferential surface of a part projected onto the movable lever of this tubular joint member. A ring elastic member 13 is stored in the storage groove and an outer circumferential surface of the movable lever is energized in the radial direction. In addition, a ring fitting groove 14 is formed on the circumference of a rear part of the movable lever and the ring elastic member is made so as to be fitted in this groove 14. |
