PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide semi-frozen drink manufacturing equipment free from plugging of floating ice piece at the supplying port and/or the unloading port. SOLUTION: This semi-frozen drink manufacturing equipment has a stirring blade rotatably built in a cylindrical casing 12 coiled with a cooling tube 11 around its periphery. The cylinder case has a supplying port 28 on the aft of the driving device 26 for receiving the raw liquid from outside and on the fore, opposite side, has the extracting port 17a to take out the semi-frozen drink in the cylindrical casing. The built-in stirring blade is equipped with a raw material-agitating fin 50 set to rotate at the aft of the cylindrical casing and an ice removing bar or rod 60 rotatably set at fore of the cylindrical casing. Thus the supplying port and extracting port are prevented from being plugged with ice pieces by installing a raw material mixing fin and ice removing fin like this procedure.
