<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solenoid clutch core at low costs and within a short time by forming a ring-groove coil housing part surrounded by outer and inner peripheral walls and both or one of first and second bottom plates superposed between both peripheral walls for housing an electromagnetic coil. SOLUTION: An outer core member 3 has a first ring-like bottom plate 2 formed in the inner side full periphery of the lower end of a ring-like outer peripheral wall 1. An inner core member 6 has a second ring-like bottom plate 5 formed in the outer side full periphery of the lower end of a ring-like inner peripheral wall 4. These outer and inner core members 3 and 6 are combined with each other in such a manner that the outer and inner peripheral walls 1 and 4 are arranged oppositely to each other and the second bottom plate 5 is superposed on the inner side of the first bottom plate 2, and a coil housing part 8 surrounded by the outer and inner peripheral walls 1 and 4 and the second bottom plate 5 is formed. This coil housing part 8 is formed to be groove-like being nearly U shaped in section, formed in a ring shape being surrounded by the full peripheries of the outer and inner peripheral walls 1 and 4 and capable of housing an electromagnetic coil 7 formed in a doughnut shape.</p> |
