PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise productivity in injection molding, while a hollow molded product of excellent appearance quality having minute uneven patterns without appearance defects such as sink, deformation, etc., is obtained by improving its transferability. SOLUTION: A movable tool B having a first cavity surface and a fixed tool A which forms a cavity corresponding to contours of a molded product as well as the first cavity surface and has a second cavity surface are provided. Under a state wherein a mold equipped with a gate 6a and a gas injection opening 2 on the fixed tool side is used, and at least a surrounding part near the part in which a hollow part of the first cavity surface is formed is thermally insulated or heated, after injecting molten resin into a cavity, a specific amount of pressurized gas is injected into the molten resin, or in addition to this means, under a state wherein the second cavity surface is heated, at a point of time when the molten resin is injected into the cavity 1 and the molten resin is finished to be filled, the second cavity surface is cooled, and a specific amount of pressurized gas is injected into the molten resin. |
