PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture two-layered molded article having no flow unevenness between two layers and a small fluctuation in its layer thickness by keeping molten resin in one layer in a flowing condition and initiating the injection of molten resin in another layer while further opening the mold, and continuing injection of molten resin in both layers. SOLUTION: Molten resin 20 in a first layer is injected in a cavity 19 from an injection device 7 through a gate 15. Next, while withdrawing the movable mold 4 until it reaches a quantity of the molded item allowing for a quantity of compression, molten resin 21 in a first layer is injected from a resin gate 18 and comes in and flows between molten resin 20 in the first layer and the surface 5 of a movable mold. Injection of each molten resin 20, 21 in the first layer and second layer continues and flows in the cavity 19 while keeping the two-layered structure, and immediately before and after the completion of injection of both injection devices 7, 10, clamping of the movable mold 4 is started so as to block the mold 1. |
